Emirati London is an independent advisory firm working across Prime Central London and Abu Dhabi. Roly is based full time in London whilst Fehd is full time in Abu Dhabi. From initial conversation through to completion, you work with the same two people.
We take on a limited number of clients at any time. This allows us to deliver the depth of attention that cross-border advisory demands. We remain hands-on, not delegated.

Roly Ingleby-MacKenzie
Roly has spent fifteen years advising buyers, sellers, and investors across Prime Central London. His patch covers Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Mayfair, Belgravia, South Kensington, Notting Hill, and the wider Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The relationships he works with were built over a career, not assembled quickly, and a meaningful share of what he sees never reaches the open market.
Fehd Alsaidi
Fehd is Iraqi-British, has lived the majority of his life in the UK, and is now based full time in Abu Dhabi, living on Jubail Island. He has close to twenty years in the property industry across both markets and has spent years building direct relationships across the Gulf's UHNW community and family offices. Living where he does puts him at the centre of some of the most sought-after real estate Abu Dhabi has to offer, and he advises clients on all of it from the inside.
How we work together.
Initial Conversation
We start by understanding what you actually need — which is not always what you think you need at the outset. A client relocating to Abu Dhabi for work has completely different requirements to someone investing from London. We ask the right questions first, because the advice is only as good as the brief behind it. If we are not the right advisors for your situation, we will say so before either side commits to anything.
Activation & Search
From there we move. We search both on and off market across London and Abu Dhabi, surface the right opportunities, and handle negotiation. Our networks in both cities provide access to property that rarely reaches the open market. We manage the entire process — from first approach through to legal completion.
Transaction & Beyond
The relationship does not end at legal completion. Most of our clients come back, because the question they needed answered was rarely only about property. We remain available to clients long after the transaction closes. The mandate is the relationship, not the deal.
