Roly has worked Prime Central London since 2011, most of it as a Partner at Knight Frank in Knightsbridge. Fehd spent the majority of his career here too, running Mayfair for Savills, before moving to Abu Dhabi. Between us, that is a deep understanding of this market acquired over many decades.
This year we have sold in Notting Hill, Knightsbridge, Bayswater, Belgravia, Chelsea, and Mayfair. Over half of what we sold was off market, and roughly half our current stock is too.
